Warranty policy

b. For motor, we provide 12 months warranty.
c. For frame, handlebar, stem and wheel rim we provide 2 years warranty.

Technical support
a. We provide “electric circuit diagram” for each model.
b. We can train customer’s 1 or 2 technical workers for free.
c. When oversea customers meet serious problem, they can not work out by technician, we will dispatch engineer to customer’s company to give help.
